As the Analyst 3, Security, you will be overseeing the overall Security Operations of Western Digital site, primarily responsible in ensuring the protection of employees and assets.
You will be the prime mover in driving the highest standard of the site in deploying security programs and protocols which meet and/or exceed the security criteria established by a number of federal and international programs.
You are an independent problem solver, and have exceptional communication and organizational skills. You should be an enthusiastic, motivational role model with a sincere interest in people and personally committed to highest security standard. You would be directly responsible for managing the Security activities at Western Digital to ensure they reflect the company's EHS&S strategy and goals. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Directly reporting to EHS&S Manager, responsible for the overall Site Security Operations.
•    Overall management of Security Team
•    Conducts periodic Security Auditing to comply with the Global Security Guidelines
•    Compliance of Security operations with the requirements of Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO22301)
•    Equipping Security Team to highest standard of security services
•    Security Risk governance
•    Security Incident Investigation
•    Emergency Planning, Response support and Crisis management

•    Information Protection

•    Security education and awareness to employees
•    Compliance with all known government requirements

•    Private sector compliance and certification requirements
•    Collaborate with the Western Digital partners (EHS, Production, REO) in planning, preparing and administering security programs

•    Perform other duties as assigned.

•    Provides advice, guidance and support to the company and assists them in:

  • Assessing and mitigating the risk of harm to Western Digital employees, contractors, customers or others on Western Digital premises.
  • Assessing and mitigating the risk of misappropriation of Western Digital financial, physical, or intellectual assets.
  • Assessing and mitigating the risk of damage or destruction of Western Digital physical assets.
  • Providing for the security of people and property during routine business operations or during a crisis or disaster.
  • Conducting workplace violence investigations or other investigations as directed by Western Digital Global Security or other appropriate Western Digital authority

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
•    Bachelor’s degree in related field
•    Minimum 3- 5 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field as a Security Professional.
•    Advanced skills in operating Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

PREFERRED:
•    Previous experience at least in a supervisory role for handling Site Security operations in a manufacturing setting
•    BOSH-Trained, background in Occupational Safety and Health

•    Certified First Aider or ERT

SKILLS:
•    Demonstrates strong leadership and analytical skills

•    Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and relational skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships of trust and confidence with a variety of people and personalities, at all levels within an organization
•    Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
•    Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions in security-related incident investigations
•    Ability to make clear, logical decisions based on facts, taking into consideration the big picture, long and short term effects, and exercising sound judgment when handling complaints, confidential and sensitive issues
•    Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others

•    Ability to analyze and resolve security problems

•    Specialized Technical Knowledge - CCTVs, DVRs, NVRs syste

•    Familiar with CTPAT, AEO & KC3 Requirements
