The Senior Analyst, IT Financial Controls is responsible for supporting the management of compliance of the internal control environment in accordance with SOX. The role is expected to effectively and collaboratively interact with the process and control owners from various functions and levels, as well as with internal auditors and external auditors. Current knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, COSO and PCAOB requirements is critical for success.        

• Support the management of the company’s SOX compliance program worldwide 
• Support business owners in developing and maintaining process narratives, risk & control matrices and flowcharts focusing mainly on SOX IT related risks. 
• Identify risks, evaluate proper design of control activities, identify related key reports/spreadsheets, evaluate appropriateness/sufficiency of control performance documentation 
• Work with the business owners to understand/document new and changes in process/system/people, assess potential risk/impact, identify/design new controls or redesign existing controls if needed 
• Identify opportunities and support to harmonize processes and controls across business subs and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of control activities to address the risk  
• Work closely with external and internal auditors to support SOX walkthrough & testing, track and close open questions 
• Perform review of SOC reports to support SOX audit conclusions 
• Perform issue assessment and work with process owners for remediation of identified control deficiencies 
• Help define annual scope for business process and IT application testing 
• Maintain and administer Auditboard SOXHub (internal SOX tool).  
• Other duties as assigned 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology or related field.  
• At least four (4) years of related experience from public accounting or internal audit or internal control function with direct experience in IT SOX audits and ERP implementation background. 
• Strong technical knowledge in Oracle ERP and SAP ERP system. 
• CISA or CIA required 
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, COBIT and COSO required 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management.  
• Strong project management skills 
• Experience in documenting process narratives, risk & control matrices and flowcharts required 
• Experience in major ERP implementation preferred 
• Experience in IT application controls and Segregation of Duties (SOD) analysis preferred  
• Working knowledge of IT general controls, System implementation controls, and SOC report
