ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer pricing and rebate programs for WW Distribution covering the Surveillance segment.
  • Manage and input pricing and programs in the AccessWD and Channel Tools systems.
  • Input all pricing and programs into AccessWD.
  • Create pricing programs within AccessWD.
  • Track and document pricing and programs.
  • Communicate pricing and programs to both internal and external customers, via AccessWD systems.
  • Create and track pricing programs in Channel Tools, to be routed for approvals.
  • Data analysis of pricing
  • Analysis of competitive information
  • Maintains and provides weekly status update including all relevant metrics (TAM,
  • Forecasts, Supply, Share, Win/Loss, Pricing Data points)
  • Participates in the improvement of tools and capabilities by actively seeking improvements of current practices
  • Develops knowledge across key customers for the specific product segment
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years overall marketing experience.
  • Experience must include previous data analysis and knowledge and use of database tools.
  • Computer industry experience working directly with customers and internal teams is required.
 
Specific Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of database functionality
 

Computer, Software, Tools, Equipment, and Machinery Skills:

  • Proficiently uses MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, browsers, PC and typical office equipment.
  • Expert MS Excel skills including ability to create complex charts, pivot tables and do trending.
 

Language Skills, able to:

  • Conduct business in English. 
  • Read, analyze, and interpret documents such as scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. 
  • Write complex reports, business correspondence, policy and procedures manuals using good grammar and spelling.
  • Effectively present information to top management both through formal presentation and informal methods.
 

Mathematical Skills, able to:

  • Perform complex financial modeling
  • Apply algebra and geometry
  • Perform statistical analysis
 

Reasoning Ability, able to:

  • Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking
  • Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Manage priorities
 

Interpersonal Skills, able to:

  • Gain the respect and trust of management and marketing/sales partners
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with others who may have ongoing competing priorities and viewpoints, including company employees in other countries
  • Persuade and influence all levels of employees
  • Effectively communicate and defend controversial decisions to others, including senior management
  • Present credible image
  • Conduct business in ethical manner
  • Conduct formal oral presentations for management and sales partners
 
Complexity:
  • Deals with a wide variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Works on complex issues require in-depth evaluation or analysis
  • Exercises judgment in selecting method, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Interacts with senior personnel

  • This job regularly and customarily exercises discretion and makes independent decisions. Examples: Determines pricing and rebate strategies and policies.
