Works with supervisor and colleagues to process the day to day activities in administrating our global equity program. Processes transactions with broker for employees exercising options. Answers employee questions and resolves problems around various employee stock plans including stock options, RSU and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Maintains and updates employee stock database, and running monthly/quarterly reports. Prepares summary reports, grant agreements, and distribution of other statements. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Assists the Global Stock Administration Team in administering the Company’s global equity program including the following:

  • Grant processing
  • Process transactions with the broker for employees exercising options
  • Interact with transfer agent and broker to ensure that trades are settled timely
  • Maintain employee stock database including record keeping, reporting and reconciliation
  • Terminations/cancellation processing
  • Prepare and distribute routine accounting, payroll and tax reports
  • Prepare summary reports for other cross-functional groups
  • Prepare audits and reconciliation reports
  • Prepare and distribute various employee communications
  • Prepare and distribute grant agreements, tax documentation, etc.
  • Answer domestic and foreign employee questions and resolve problems regarding stock options, RSU and ESPP
  • Maintain the Global Stock Administration Intranet portal
  • Sending and tracking ESPP/ISO disposition surveys
  • Managing ESPP enrollment records and changes
  • Performs other related duties related to the program
REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience

SKILLS:
  • Equity Edge Online
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency
  • MS Office MS PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical skills is a plus 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.  Deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.).  Work with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Conduct business in business-like manner
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in written form, with all levels of the organization
  • Perform with large data sets, data edits and complex calculations
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Follows departmental and organization policies and procedures
  • May recommend changes to policy, procedure and practice
  • May recommend alternative solutions to business issues
