ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor, maintain service operation readily for supporting site operation and compliance with Scope of Work. 
  • Review daily service operation for contract canteen service as food menu, food quality (portion & price), man power service. 
  • Monitor, maintain service operation compliance with HGST requirement as Safety, Environment, Security, and Thai labor regulation. 
  • Review daily service operation for contract canteen service as food safety (kitchen & equipment cleaning, refrigerator temperature), environment (food waste), security (badge, work permit), labor (working report, social security report). 
  • Review daily service operation for canteen area cleaning, dish washing, small ware on service readiness. 
  • Verify the abnormal service operation and provide corrective action initially for maintain operation smoothly.
  • Report daily incident to contract owner for analysis / improvement as food incident report. 
  • Support customer satisfaction survey activity and service promotion activity and work with contract supplier as follow up item from employee grievance, safety audit, welfare comment, monthly report required. 
  • Coordinate with welfare committee as getting comment / complain issue for reporting issue improvement. Support other service program as assignment (site cleaning, drinking water, emergency plan of uniform, locker, bus service)
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
  • Diploma degree or higher in related field e.g. Administration.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of recent experience working in an area of their specialty or related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Publisher and MS Project.
PREFERRED:
  • Previous experience as customer service program, production supervisor or similar role.

  • Customer orientated.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Problem-solving skills.
