ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing daily calendars for the VP and Senior Leadership, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes 
  • Expense processing and follow up 
  • Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements for the executives and/or members of direct staff 
  • Supporting key team initiatives and providing general administrative and office support 
  • Balances conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines 
  • Organizing and supporting staff meetings, teleconferences, team off-sites, and other events 
  • Event coordination for off-sites and team events 
  • Support with expanded staff meetings, internal presentations, management of shared team information 
  • Office supplies ordering for both sites
  • Guest offices/cubes booking for both sites
  • New-hire cube/office readiness (name tags, monitors, keyboards, etc.) for both sites
  • EOQ dinners coordination
  • Purchasing requisitions
  • Back-up support for other EAs on team
